Friends of Hindman Settlement School

Hindman Settlement School donor clubs provide a way to recognize donors who have made significant contributions in support of the Settlement School’s mission. In addition to other forms of recognition, donor club members are recognized annually in our Donor Report.

A 1913 Settlement School newsletter, which spoke of the many challenges the Settlement faced, made an appeal for “every friend of Hindman to be loyal to it.” Membership in this Annual Fund donor club is conferred upon anyone who donates $250 or more during a calendar year.

Gifts made through National Society DAR are included, if donor information is provided to us. The Settlement School makes being a Friend easy with automated credit card payment options available through this web site. Friends of Hindman are automatically added to the Keeneland Event invitation list, unless they request otherwise, and are recognized in our annual Donor Report.
