Holly's Bio

Holly Baldridge, Development Assistant
Holly was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She received her BA in Communications and began work as a Program Specialist for an education cooperative in the area of workforce education. Her job involved working with “at-risk” high school students, providing support for professional staff development and assisting schools with program improvement. She completed the Arkansas Leadership Academy course in 1997.

Holly and her family moved to Nashville, TN and in 2005, she started her own home-based business called The Office Extension. Her business provided administrative support services for local business owners and entrepreneurs. This provided flexibility, as well as a varied and interesting work day, including bookkeeping services, scheduling services, researching real estate investments and managing rental property.

In 2007, Holly moved to Eastern Kentucky and says the move to the mountains has been her easiest transition yet. She is married to David Baldridge and they have two children, Justin and Rebecca.
